Membership information

WordPress stores the information you submit when applying for membership and editing your profile. This includes your name, account email, chapter, country, and any optional contact, education, or professional details you provide. The Foundation uses these details to review applications, manage membership, and provide member services.

Directory and birthday choices

Student and Elder directories are restricted to approved members of the matching level and administrators. Directory listing, birthday day and month sharing, and birthday reminder emails are optional. No birth year is collected. Your account email and phone number are not automatically published in the directory. You can change your sharing preferences from your profile.

Inquiries and email

The contact form sends your inquiry to info@liberalsfoundation.org through the website’s email service. The custom membership plugin does not save inquiry contents in the WordPress database. The Foundation’s mailbox and its hosting and email providers process the message. Preparing an email draft passes the details to your chosen email app; downloading a copy saves a text file on your device.

Cookies and technical information

WordPress uses cookies for sign-in sessions and account security. The hosting service and installed security tools may process access logs, IP addresses, and related technical information to operate and protect the site. External donation and other linked services have their own privacy practices.

Questions and requests

To ask about your membership information, correct details you cannot edit, or request removal of an account, contact info@liberalsfoundation.org. The Foundation will need to confirm that the request concerns your own account before making changes.
